Aufgewachsen an der Küste und in den Bergen haben wir beide aus voller Überzeugung die Gastronomie als Beruf und spätere Berufung gewählt und leben dies bis heute mit Leidenschaft und Herzblut.
Schon lange hegten wir den Traum eines eigenen Betriebes. Hier in Trin in der Casa Alva durften wir diesen nun zum Leben erwecken.
Wir freuen uns auf tolle Begegnungen und viele schöne Momente zusammen mit Ihnen bei uns in der Casa Alva.

Your Hosts
Having grown up on the coast and in the mountains, we both wholeheartedly chose gastronomy as our profession and later as our calling, and we continue to pursue it today with passion and dedication.
We have long dreamed of running our own establishment. Here in Trin at Casa Alva, we were able to bring this dream to life.
We look forward to wonderful encounters and many beautiful moments together with you here at Casa Alva.

Wir sind ein kleines Team und ohne den Einsatz unserer beiden tollen Mitarbeiterinnen Betty und Paula wäre die Casa Alva nicht was sie ist. Nämlich ein wunderschöner Ort, um kulinarisch verwöhnt zu werden.

We are a small team, and without the dedication of our two wonderful employees, Betty and Paula, Casa Alva wouldn’t be what it is. Namely, a beautiful place to be pampered gastronomically.
