Willkommen in der Casa Alva
Liebe Gäste,
auch wenn die Sonne noch kräftig wärmt und der Sommer uns festhält, lässt sich der Herbst nicht mehr verleugnen.
In den Wäldern rund um Trin verändert sich langsam die Stimmung – und heute hat er auch bei uns Einzug gehalten: Unser erstes ganzes Reh ist in der Casa Alva angekommen.
Erlegt von einem Trinser Jäger und somit kann der Weg vom Bündner Wald auf unsere Teller wohl kaum kürzer sein ;-)
Jetzt wird zerlegt, verarbeitet, gekocht und ausprobiert…und es darf in unserer Küche wieder ein bisschen wilder, kräftiger und herbstlicher werden.
Wir freuen uns auf alles, was daraus entsteht – und natürlich darauf, es mit Ihnen zu teilen.

Welcome to Casa Alva
Dear Guests,
even though the sun still warms strongly and summer holds on to us, autumn can no longer be denied.
In the forests around Trin, the mood is slowly changing – and today it has also arrived with us: Our first whole deer has arrived at Casa Alva.
Hunted by a hunter from Trin, so the journey from the Grisons forest to our plates can hardly be shorter ;-)
Now it’s time to butcher, process, cook, and experiment… and our kitchen can be a little wilder, stronger, and more autumnal again.
We’re looking forward to everything that comes from it – and of course to sharing it with you.

The 600-year-old parsonage is located in the peaceful mountain village of Trin and is nestled among the meadows, forests, and mountains of the Weisse Arena Flims, Laax, and Falera. Wir verfügen über sechs heimelige Hotelzimmer aus Lärchenholz. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail treu dem Motto Küste und Berge eingerichtet. In Trin geniessen Sie die Ruhe und den Charme des idyllischen Bergdorfes und trotzdem ist die Erreichbarkeit zur Weissen Arena mit Flims, Laax und Falera in nur 20 Minuten möglich.

We have six cozy hotel rooms made of larch wood. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail, true to the theme of coast and mountains. In Trin, you can enjoy the peace and charm of the idyllic mountain village, and yet the White Arena with Flims, Laax, and Falera is reachable in just 20 minutes.
